As part of our full-service approach, our engineers provide ongoing support for servers, workstations, laptops, network equipment, and printers.  We also have two, full-time network coordinators in-house, so our clients have a dedicated contact for scheduling service work versus tracking engineers down while on-site at other client’s offices. 

In addition, we strive to provide continuity of service by assigning each client with a primary and secondary engineer to ensure that you consistently receive support from engineers familiar with your environment.  More importantly, we are fortunate to maintain long-term engineers, which prevent our clients from experiencing issues with repeated staff turnover concerns.
